Contents of this e-book were partially drawn
from the research on ‘Evaluation of the packaging
design tool to communicate opening methods for
Thai elderly’. The data were derived from the
observations of older participants’ interactions with
the packaging samples reflecting the explanation
of opening methods through forms, colors, and
symbols. This relationship was presented as a design
guideline so that older people easily understand
opening methods.
