Abstract

ASEAN COSMETIC GMP standard requirements are criteria in the field of cosmetics manufacturing
establishments by which such criteria are broad criteria. To create flexibility which causes confusion, the
objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To study the application of the ASEAN COSMETIC GMP standard
in real conditions of the cosmetic industry 2) To obtain guidelines for designing production sites according

to ASEAN COSMETIC GMP standards
The data collection process consists of the process of studying the relevant documents. In-depth
interviews and field visits All data were examined using a data triangulation method based on the

comparison of data obtained from multiple data collection methods. The collected data were categorized
according to the issues studied by arranging the content into a systematic analysis of the study results
according to the objectives by writing a descriptive description based on the information obtained and
checking for completeness again.

The results showed that 1) Observing the environment Guidelines for designing a cosmetic
manufacturing facility to meet the ASEAN COSMETIC GMP standard. Case studies Evercare Co., Ltd. can be
classified into 6 areas, which are animal and insect trapping. Types of structural materials and covering

materials use of lighting Using a ventilation system Characteristics of doors and windows Characteristics of
the furniture used 2) in-depth interview Guidelines for designing a cosmetic manufacturing facility to meet
the ASEAN COSMETIC GMP standard. Case studies Evercare Co., Ltd. can be classified into 6 areas, which

สถานทผลิตไมไดมาตรฐาน ซงจากฐานขอมลของสำนกงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยาพบวา ตงแตวนที 26 ก.ย. 2551 – 23

พ.ค. 2561 มีผูประกอบการที่จดแจงเปนผูผลิตเครื่องสำอางภายในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 6,048 แหง และ เมื่อเทียบกบ
ฐานขอมูลรายชื่อสถานประกอบการที่ไดรับรองมาตรฐาน ASEAN COSMETIC GMP อัพเดทวันที่ 17 พ.ย. 2564 พบวาม ี
สถานประกอบการเพียง 60 แหงที่ผานการรบรองมาตรฐาน ASEAN COSMETIC GMP คิดเปนรอยละ 1% เทานั้นถึงแมทาง
